What are the check-in and check-out times.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 24:00 and check-out is until 10:00.

Can I check-in early?

Additional charges will be charged depending on the time of day.
Depending on the room conditions of the previous day, we may not to be able to meet your requests.

Can I extend the check-out?

You may be charged 1,000 yen per hour until 12:00 p.m. After 12:00 p.m., you will be required to pay for your stay on that day.
Also, we may request depending on the availability of the room on the day of checkout.

Should I contact you, if my arrival is delayed?

Please let us know when you will arrive.
We may cancel your reservation if you do not contact us two hours after the scheduled arrival time.

Please let me know the rules regarding cancellation.

Is is possible to temporarily store my luggage check-in and after check-out?

Yes, it is. We can keep your luggage at the front desk.
However, we cannot keep valuables or dangerous goods.

Can you accept luggage sent to the hotel before check-in?

Yes. If you send your suitcase or luggage before check-in, we will pick it up at the front desk and hand it over to you when you check-in.
Please be sure to write down the name of the guest and the date of the stay. However, payment on delivery is not available.
Also, please note that we do not accept your package until the day before your arrival.

Is it possible to smoke?

Smoking is prohibited inside of the building.
Please use the designated smoking area on the first floor.
If you smoke in the building or indoors, we will charge you for the cleaning, listed in the "terms of stay".

Does the number of guests include children?

There is no charge for a child under 6 who sleeps in the same bed as an adult.
Also you can sleep in the same bed with only one child.

What is the payment method for the accommodation fee?

We accept cash payment, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, Ginjo), and transportation cash.

When do I pay the accommodation fee?

We ask that you pay the accommodation fee at the time of check-in.

Is it possible for only minors to stay?

If you are a minor (less than 20 years old) and stay together with only minors, we ask you to submit a letter of consent from the parents.
Please download the "Agreement for the stay for minors" below, fill out your parents and submit it to the front desk when you check in.

About the Services

Can I use the internet?: Free Wi-Fi is available all rooms, the 1st floor lobby spaces and the cafe・bar are free of charge for Wi-Fi.
Is there a vending machine?: Yes, it is on the second floor.
Is there any laundry service?: Yes, it is on the second floor.
Can I exchange foreign currency?: We are so sorry but we don't exchange foreign currency.

Do you have breakfast service?: We have it at the cafe on the 1st floor.
Do you have room service?: I'm sorry. We don't have room service.

About Parking ・Traffic

Is there a parking lot? How much will it cost?: There are mechanical parking lots available for 9 cars on the hotel grounds, a flat parking spot, and parking spot for the disabled.
The fee is 2,000 yen (including tax) per parking lot per night (from 15:00 to the next day10:00).
In addition, each parking lot has a size limitation.

One flat parking lot (1950mm wide x 5400mm wide x 1,850mm high)
parking lot for the disabled (1900mm wide x 5000mm wide x 2300mm high)
If your car is out of standard or full, please use the parking lot in the neighborhood.
Do I need to reserve the parking space?: Parking is reserved in advance.
Please contact the hotel directly if you required.
Do you have a shuttle bus service for the airport?: There is no shuttle bus operated by this hotel.
There is a limousine bus service between Haneda→Akihabara Station (East Transportation Square/in front of Yodobashi Camera).
